Description
Trumpet lilies are mainly descended from the regal lily (lilium regale). This grand, regal lily variety is also well-known here and has been grown in home gardens for many years. The varieties of trumpet lilies are colourful and include many tones – yellow, pink, white, brownish. They also have other characteristics of trumpet lilies, such as strong fragrance, vigorous growth, and durability. They are not suitable for people with allergies due to their strong fragrance.
They bloom in the second half of summer, mainly in the second half of August.
Trumpet lilies are replanted 2 weeks after blooming.
