Allium carolinianum ‘Rosy Dream’ is an elegant and richly flowering ornamental Allium, admired for its large, rounded clusters of soft pink to rosy-purple flowers. Hundreds of tiny star-shaped florets come together to form impressive spherical flower heads, creating a romantic yet contemporary display in the garden.
Growing approximately 50–70 cm tall, ROSY DREAM carries its airy pink flower globes on sturdy upright stems. The blooms reach around 8–12 cm in diameter, making them highly visible without overpowering surrounding plants. It flowers in June–July, extending the Allium season into early summer.
Unlike the intense violet tones of many traditional ornamental Alliums, ROSY DREAM offers a softer and warmer colour palette. This makes it particularly attractive in romantic borders, cottage gardens, naturalistic planting schemes and contemporary perennial beds.
