Allium angulosum, commonly known as Angular Garlic or Angular Onion, is a distinctive perennial Allium valued for its exceptionally bright, intense pink-purple flowers and characteristic angular flower stems. The unusual stem shape is one of the species’ most recognisable features and is reflected in its botanical name angulosum.
