Description
Leslie Woodriff is regarded by many as Dr R Griesbachs greatest lily, a statement that is hard to disagree with, it was named in honour of Mr Leslie Woodriff. Like all American bred ‘Orienpets’ ‘Lesley Woodriff’ takes time to really get going, don’t expect too much in the first year, but be prepared to be amazed thereafter. We find ‘Orienpets’ do best when planted in the ground, where their long basal roots can go deep down into the soil. First-year stems can get to about 1m tall, afterwards they can easily reach 2m. Flowers from around the beginning of August.
