Double oriental hybrid lilies have been obtained from crosses between single oriental hybrid lilies and they are pollen-free. Oriental lilies are the most colourful and graceful lilies and they are extremely suitable as a cut lily. Oriental lilies bloom from mid to late summer. Oriental lilies are easy to grow and grow best in full sun. They have a fast growth rate and must be planted in well-drained loam or sandy soil. Oriental lilies can reach a height of 80 – 100 cm with 2 to 8 flowers per stem. These lilies are suitable for perennial planting and can also be planted in pots or planters.
