Hyacinth orientalis double EROS

Description

A far cry from the Hyacinths of yesteryear; this recently introduced variety is truly spectacular! Fully double, raspberry-pink and white, striped blooms crowd the upright stems of Hyacinth ‘Eros’, gradually opening to reveal their unusual star shape. The stems are sturdy so they won’t flop over in your borders – they make striking cut flowers too! As you would expect from any Hyacinth, the flowers release a powerful, heady perfume. Magnificent for edging borders and pathways, or grown in a patio pot next to the front door. Height: 25cm
