TRILLIUM RIVALE

Description

A rare native of Oregon with very dwarf growths of silvery veined, embossed blue-green leaves.

In the centre is an upright-facing flower of white or pale pink, dotted inside with spickles of deeper pink and violet. In the centre of this sit the bright yellow anthers.

A super miniature, tough enough for a select garden spot, or pot cultivation in the alpine house or frame. The best form of all is ‘Purple Heart’, a clone in which the purple-pink spotting in the throat is VERY intense, these seedlings are raised from seed of ‘Purple Heart’ and although they cannot be guaranteed to come true, they will almost certainly have superior colouring
