Lilium asiatic NIGHTRIDER

What a stunning new addition to our range. Night Rider has flowers that are almost black and truly stunning. Asiatic lilies are available in a vast array of colours and this one is probably one of the best. An easy lily to grow and will naturalise well in all garden conditions as long as the soils do not become waterlogged in the winter. In wetter soils cultivate in some grit and or humus to help provide better drainage. Remember to protect the young shoots from slug and pest damage. Like all bulbs they will need to be fed with a high phosphate and potash (bone meal) during the flower and leaf stage to ensure they flower in the following years.

Soil type: Free draining soils that are humus rich
